The O2 has racked up another record year, reporting over two million tickets sold to shows at the venue.*
The London venue holds up to 20,000 people and last year was host to hundreds of shows, with outstanding performances from the likes of Michael McIntyre, Britney Spears and Sam Smith.
The venue’s former VP & General Manager John Langford, who was recently promoted to AEG Europe COO, said: “We’ve seen a huge amount of activity at The O2 this year, with the opening of Icon Outlet, Oxygen Freejumping and not to mention the record breaking content that’s kept over two million entertained. I’d like to thank each and every person at The O2 and I’m confident that Steve Sayer will oversee another incredible year, when he takes over as VP & General Manager in 2019.”*
