ASG’s TOP 5 CHRISTMAS ADVERTS!

It’s the December 3rd, the festive season is well upon us and the Christmas adverts are rolling in thick and fast!

Over the past few years, Christmas ads have become a huge attraction and big brands creating memorable adverts are thought of as a fundamental aspect of Christmas festivities!

My friends and I used to say “it’s not Christmas until you’ve seen the Coco-Cola advert!”  Oh to be a 90’s kid!!!

But things have developed a lot since that famous 1995 ad, and Coca-Cola has some fierce competition! So, we’ve put together our all-time favourite Christmas adverts!!!

OUR TOP 5!

With a strong message ‘Christmas is for sharing’ and a much-loved children’s character as the leading role, ‘Mog’s Christmas Calamity’ by Sainsbury’s is a firm favorite for us, coming in at number 5!

Next up at number 4, we have a warming tale that tugs on our heartstrings and stars the loveable Paddington Bear. M&S really capture the essence of Christmas spirit with ‘Paddington & The Christmas Visitor’

At number 3 we have an oldie but goodie! This iconic advert first aired over 25 years ago! We just LOVE the Yellow Pages, ‘Mistletoe’ ad! It’s adorable!

Number 2 is a touching story by John Lewis. ‘The Bear and The Hare’ with cute woodland creatures and an endearing brown bear, it is so heart-warming, a real tear-jerker!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… “It’s not Christmas until you’ve seen the Coco-Cola advert!”  At number 1 we have our all-time favourite Christmas advert, the original 1995 ‘Holidays Are Coming!’ by Coca Cola!
