Staff Spotlight: Brand ambassador Chu Brumby

We spoke to Chu to delve a bit more into her experiences, from her artistic background to her unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for every event attendee.

What is your professional background?

“I have a Bachelor degree in Oil Painting and a Master in Arts Management and have been studying and working on art since 2007. I joined ASG (The Ann Savva Group) in the spring of 2022 as a brand ambassador, which is different to my prior experience in art but I have been enjoying it so much! I am curious and enthusiastic towards all different kinds of events, and I love figuring out the unique features of each crowd.”

Which roles do you usually partake in?

“Among various events at The O2 Arena, I always engage with customers as an O2 Angel. I also support all O2 Angels and event managers as a Head Angel.”

What’s your favourite event you’ve worked on and why?

“It is quite hard to pick one! I always love working at busy events – it’s challenging but it also means there’s potential to progress in your role. The interaction with fans and the sense of responsibility to give customers a memorable day are always big motivations to me.”

What’s your overall experience of working with us?

“The work environment including managers and colleagues are important to me. ASG does a great job at providing the clear management instructions with the sensible care of people. Working here is positive and encouraging, this unites all O2 Angels and managers, which makes work even more fun, and it always makes me look forward to the next shift.”
