Partnering with a staffing agency: 3 things to look out for

Many companies are already reaping the benefits of partnering with staffing agencies all around the UK, but there have also been a few horror stories along the way that have resulted in short-term partnerships or partnerships that just didn’t feel quite right.

We’ve decided to list a few things for you to take into account when choosing a staffing agency to work with, to help you pick one you can build a strong and long-lasting partnership with.

Reputation

So many clients are guilty of picking a staffing agency based on their experience or cost-effectiveness, for example, whilst forgetting to look into the company’s reputation – this could prove costly in the long run.

By researching the company’s history and reputation, you’ll get an insight into what past clients and/or employees have said about them and you’ll know what to expect. You can find feedback by googling a company and checking their Google reviews, or by going on the company’s website and reading through testimonials they may have.

Experience

You want to make sure whoever you decide to partner with has plenty of experience under their belt.

An experienced staffing agency will know exactly how to cater to your needs and meet your highest standards. Another thing to consider is whether they’ve worked with reputable companies – if they have, you’re almost guaranteed to be in good hands!

Quality of services offered

Another great thing to look out for when working with a staffing agency is the quality of services offered.

Do they train brand ambassadors up rigorously? Are they able to swiftly cover a brand ambassador that might have cancelled last minute? Are they good at communicating with you and keeping you in the loop of what is happening? These small details are what good partnerships are built on!

If you’re currently looking for a staffing agency to partner up with, which also ticks all 3 of these boxes, make sure to get in contact with us today on [email protected]
