O2 Angel Casting

The O2 in London, and the O2 Academies across the UK will need brand new O2 Brand Ambassadors, or as we like to call them ‘Angels’ ready to start from September onwards. We’re looking for talented individuals who can go the extra mile in providing excellent customer service, to help give music fans memories that will last for years…
The key areas of the O2 Angel role includes: simplifying experiences for fans, rewarding them with exclusive goodies or services and connecting them to music, artists and each other.
Your main role will involve pushing our ‘O2 Priority App’ to customers on the O2 phone network, with exclusive offers O2 customers can redeem at gig nights, such as 2 for 1 on Tuborg and Somersby, and free cloakroom. The other app is called the ‘O2 Academy App’ which can be downloaded by all gig-goers, which has varied offers on merchandise and drinks at every single gig.
Our O2 Angel duties included:
  • Representing O2 and the venue both on, during and off shift
  • Chatting to fans waiting in the queue at gigs about their favourite artist, most memorable gig, festivals etc
  • Pushing the O2 Priority and Academy apps to gig-goers to enhance their experience
  • Interacting with fans inside the venue before the show starts
  • Helping to manage both queues (Standard and O2 Priority)
  • Working colloboratively with other ambassadors and providing feedback to the O2 team to help generate new ideas on improving the experience
